The team could not have been more helpful. Amazing Detailing did the ceramic service on the car a few months ago. Over the holiday, someone ran their bicycle into the rear of the vehicle. Needless to say, the resulting scrape was upsetting. Your team made it appear as though it never happened when I brought the car in for surface maintenance on the trunk lid, and did not charge me for the extra service.
